The remote-operated system enables pressure testing from a safe distance, significantly reducing operator exposure to high-pressure hazards. The system incorporates Maximator high-pressure, high-flow liquid pumps and gas boosters to provide controlled and reliable pressure generation for demanding testing applications.
Advanced Control & Safety
The integrated Adjustable Overpressure Protection (OPP) function allows individual test pressures to be configured, monitored, and controlled through the digital display interface.

High-Pressure – Hydrostatic & Gas Testing
Hydrostatic testing uses a suitable liquid test medium, normally water or another approved test fluid, to verify the pressure integrity of pressure-containing equipment.
Gas pressure testing requires substantially enhanced safety controls because compressed gas stores significantly greater potential energy than a liquid test medium. Gas testing is therefore performed only in accordance with an approved test procedure, applicable safety requirements, and the capabilities and ratings of the testing system and test equipment.
