Accurate Edge provides advanced containerized, MAXIMATOR model remote-operated pressure testing systems designed for high-pressure testing of oilfield and pressure-control equipment.

Our integrated testing solution offers multi-function pressure testing capabilities, combining hydrostatic testing, hydraulic pressure control, and gas pressure testing within a single, compact system configuration.

The remote-operated system enables pressure testing from a safe distance, significantly reducing operator exposure to high-pressure hazards. The system incorporates Maximator high-pressure, high-flow liquid pumps and gas boosters to provide controlled and reliable pressure generation for demanding testing applications.

Advanced Control & Safety

The integrated Adjustable Overpressure Protection (OPP) function allows individual test pressures to be configured, monitored, and controlled through the digital display interface.

The system incorporates multiple safety features, including:

• Test-container door open/closed monitoring
• Visual and audible warning indicators

• High-pressure isolation and control
• Pressure relief and overpressure protection
• Safety interlocking

The test-container door safety interlock prevents access to the test area while pressure is present, providing an additional level of protection for operators and personnel.

A built-in 15.6-inch industrial touchscreen PC kiosk provides an intuitive interface for test control, real-time pressure monitoring, and test-curve visualization. The integrated data acquisition, data logging, and reporting system records test parameters and results, supports test-data traceability, and enables generation of customized digital test reports.

High-Pressure – Hydrostatic & Gas Testing

Hydrostatic testing uses a suitable liquid test medium, normally water or another approved test fluid, to verify the pressure integrity of pressure-containing equipment.

Gas pressure testing requires substantially enhanced safety controls because compressed gas stores significantly greater potential energy than a liquid test medium. Gas testing is therefore performed only in accordance with an approved test procedure, applicable safety requirements, and the capabilities and ratings of the testing system and test equipment.

Accurate Edge’s pressure testing system provides controlled pressure application, monitoring, pressure ramping, and pressure holding throughout the test cycle.

The system is engineered for pressure testing applications up to 30,000 psi, with configurations developed to support applicable requirements of API 6A and 16A, together with the applicable customer specifications, approved test procedures and project requirements.

The Compact Integrated Design combines hydrostatic testing, hydraulic pressure control, and gas testing capabilities within protective frames with a centralized control and monitoring system.
