The Deployment Tool is designed for reliable conveyance in high dogleg severity and challenging downhole conditions. Its flexible shear-release mechanism allows upward or downward release, enabling compatibility with various drill string configurations. The robust shroud design supports high torque transmission, while the shear pin system shears flush with the whipstock face to prevent drill bit damage. All shear pin components are retained, eliminating downhole debris. The simple, field-friendly design ensures easy assembly and deployment. The system can be configured as a Cementing Type, Open Hole Packer Type, or Open Hole Expandable Anchor System, providing flexibility while ensuring accurate control of kickoff depth and direction.
